My Story
My story
My Story has Changed... Previously I Offered Physical Prints for Sale. Now I Am Here To Just Share My Imagery with You.
My new vision is simple; I want to share what I capture and create, with you. This gives you the opportunity to see my new journey and follow along. It is very humbling, and I hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoy the process of creating these images to share.
THE PROCESS
I understand that Photography & Photo editing Is A Journey Not A Destination, As I was Once Told.
I take pride in capturing full frame images with high-quality gear on a lossless image format to create the highest quality results as possible. As a photographer that has only been using professional gear for a few years, I enjoy growing and keeping my work unique. I welcome your feedback thru my contact me page. Your feedback will help encourage my journey.
KEEPING IT REAL
My Photographic Imagery Is Not Created with A.I. or Captured with My Camera Phone
I recognize the Ease to Just Use A.I. To Alter Photos. My commitment to What I Capture and Share, is to limit my Changes to my Original Photos. Also, I Don't Post Photo's Taken With My Phone, Well Maybe I do on my Instagram® account.
With A.I. taking over, even auto finishing these sentences as I type, A.I. is now fully creating images that people are starting to prefer over real photography and this makes me sad. I keep my work to just using Adobe® Lightroom Classic® and although it has many A.I. features, I limit the use to just masking for color adjustments, removal of imperfections/distractions, and improving final image quality. The core photo remains the same with no A.I. changes to the subject or main aspects of the photo. Yes A.I. is very controversial and even in the photography industry itself no one can agree on what A.I. use is acceptable and what is not.
I prioritize transparency in my work, letting you the viewer know, how my photos are processed when shared. If I ever share any photos from my phone on this website, I will be sure to notate it with the image.
Certifications & Training
FAA Approved - Part 107 #5048812
I am a licensed drone pilot. My flight tracker from AIRDATA™ updates with each flight mission. Check it out below.
I enjoy flying my drone when weather and conditions are good (and I have the free time). I completed studies for the part 107 license in August 2024. Becoming a FAA part 107 pilot, requires understanding of many aeronautical topics. Numerous aircraft rules and regulations must be followed. I take safety seriously and continue my training, staying up to date on all the related FAA requirements as required.
